Good Morning Army Trail Families!
We will continue with our costume parade scheduled for this afternoon. Due to the weather, we will not be taking the students out of the building and will change our route. We still want and encourage families to see the parade. To Accommodate the change Doors 3 and 6 will open from 12:40 to 1:00 PM for families to enter the gym. For the safety of the students, staff, and visitors, families arriving after 1:00 PM, will not be allowed to enter the building. Bleachers will line the inside of the gym to allow families to see the parade. The students will parade around the perimeter of the gym and back into the school. Following the parade, families must exit the building through Doors 3 and 7. Any parents or guardians helping with classroom parties will also need to exit the building and reenter through Door 1 and check-in with the Main Office. Continuaremos con nuestro desfile de disfraces programado para esta tarde. Debido al clima, no sacaremos a los estudiantes del edificio y cambiaremos nuestra ruta. Todavía queremos que a las familias vengan a ver el desfile. Para acomodar el cambio, las puertas 3 y 6 se abrirán de 12:40 a 1:00 PM para que las familias entren al gimnasio. Para la seguridad de los estudiantes, el personal y los visitantes, las familias que lleguen después de la 1:00 PM no podrán ingresar al edificio. Las gradas alinearán el interior del gimnasio para permitir que las familias vean el desfile. Los estudiantes desfilarán por el perímetro del gimnasio y regresarán a la escuela. Después del desfile, las familias deben salir del edificio a través de las Puertas 3 y 7. Los padres o tutores que ayuden con las fiestas en el aula también deberán salir del edificio y volver a entrar por la Puerta 1 y registrarse en la Oficina Principal.
